Dana Meholic is a pre-licensed Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. She also had board certification in compulsive substance misuse through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. Dana has spent the last 9 years working in various outpatient D&A facilities throughout Bucks County. Her last appointment was Clinical Supervisor at a D&A facility offering medication-assisted treatment for substance-dependent patients. Dana’s clinical skill set and theoretical approaches include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-focused. Dana works with both adult individuals and couples. Specific areas of interest include treatment of D&A concerns, substance-dependence, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief and loss and low self-esteem. Additionally, Dana is passionate about working with clients that are looking to recover from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or other dysfunctional household.
