YOU DESERVE TO FEEL GROUNDED, SEEN, AND CONNECTED
Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying more than what’s visible—when unresolved pain from your past shows up in the present as anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or a persistent sense that you’re not quite enough. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. You might be managing a difficult life transition, navigating complicated family dynamics, coping with grief, or dealing with the invisible weight of childhood emotional neglect.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy is a space to better understand your story, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been ignored or silenced. It’s a brave and meaningful step to reach out—and it’s a sign that you’re ready to invest in something better for yourself.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, and my approach is both supportive and collaborative. I prioritize creating a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy to help uncover deeper emotional patterns, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to offer tools for immediate relief, and Solution-Focused strategies to help you move toward meaningful change.
I specialize in helping individuals who grew up with emotionally immature or unavailable parents—clients who often carry the unseen weight of childhood emotional neglect into their adult lives. These early wounds can shape how we relate to others, how we see ourselves, and how we handle stress or conflict. In our work together, we’ll make space to name those experiences, understand their impact, and begin healing with intention.
My clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you feel both challenged and supported. I’ll meet you where you are while also gently encouraging growth in the direction that feels most aligned for you.
AREAS OF FOCUS
I work with a wide range of concerns, including:
* Anxiety and depression
* Low self-esteem and identity struggles
* Complex family relationships
* Grief and loss
* Infertility and reproductive stress
* Stress management and life transitions
COUPLES WORK: HEALING TOGETHER OR PARTING WITH INTENTION
In my work with couples, I offer a deeply supportive space where both partners can begin to feel heard, understood, and empowered to relate to one another in healthier, more intentional ways. Whether you’re coming to therapy to rebuild connection, improve communication, heal from betrayal, or navigate the process of separation or divorce, I help couples create the clarity and emotional safety needed to make meaningful changes.
Many of the couples I work with feel stuck in painful cycles—arguments that never get resolved, emotional distance, or miscommunications that build over time into resentment or hopelessness. Together, we’ll slow those patterns down and look at what’s really happening beneath the surface. I’ll help you explore what each of you is needing, teach strategies to break out of reactive dynamics, and support you in restoring empathy and mutual respect.
If you are in the process of separating or divorcing, I offer space to process grief, manage tension, and develop healthier co-parenting strategies that put your children’s emotional well-being at the center. I support couples in redefining roles, setting new boundaries, and finding ways to communicate that are clear, kind, and forward-focused.
Whether your goal is to stay together, strengthen your partnership, or part with clarity and compassion, I offer structure and guidance throughout the process—so you don’t have to feel like you’re navigating it alone. My work with couples is always grounded in your shared goals, with a focus on helping both partners feel seen and supported.
