INDIVIDUALS SEEKING SUPPORT
I enjoy helping individuals find the clarity, focus and change in life. Life at times can pull us off our path and into a place of uncertainty, instability or insecurity. People may experience moments of increased emotional distress, anxiety, depression, worry, relationship conflict, complicated work environments, unhealthy tendencies or just an overall feeling that life is a bit out of balance and our path forward less clear. Experiencing one or more of these challenges can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, lonely, out of energy, stuck and in distress. Restoring and achieving resilience with our emotional and mental health is one of life’s most important goals. Helping you identify and resolve challenging life circumstances, emotional barriers, unhealthy tendencies that have made it difficult to function and achieve your potential is where I feel I may best be able to support you. Our work together will be highly collaborative and focus on all aspects of who you are as a whole person and not a singular presenting issue. We will work together to establish a positive sense of feeling grounded and clarify your path forward with focus and purpose. I believe in creating lasting positive change and once again feeling connected back to life and all that life has to offer. It is my hope to be able to partner with and support you as you find that much needed place and time to rest, recover, and once again begin to embrace all of your potential.
COUPLES, FINDING YOUR WAY BACK TO EACH OTHER
It’s normal for couples to have conflicts and recovery often follows, but sometimes your relationship may take a different direction. Frequent relationship conflicts experienced in that quite painful silence or high energy exchanges is often a symptom of more important concerns and relationship issues. As a couple, you may be experiencing feelings of stress, fatigue, futility or marital dissatisfaction. If you have been finding yourself receiving or giving unhealthy levels of criticism, having feelings of contempt, defensiveness or stonewalling, these are all clear signs that it may be a good time to reach out for support.
Helping you and your partner recover from relationship withdrawal or shut down, loss of friendship between the two of you, feelings of broken lines communication and understanding, loss of healthy intimacy, the pain of infidelity, challenges with coparenting or dealing with difficult children and/or aging parents is where I feel I may be most helpful. Helping you find the courage, determination and resilience to face these challenges is why I am here for you. I understand the inherent complexities couples face and will work with both of you to support the healing and restoration of your relationship. We will work collaboratively together to rebuild a strong sense of trust and commitment, friendship, reconnection with each other and most importantly helping both of you work towards embracing and supporting each other with unconditional love.
